Think of the food you eat as fuel that helps your body function successfully. Stress can be another reason why you suffer from a lack of energy. The stress hormone cortisol is released into your system when you experience anxiety. This can result in you feeling tired and having more aches and pains than usual. Learn how to deal successfully with stress and it is likely you will gain extra energy. Mindful exercise, such as Tai Chi can help, as can creative visualization, mediation, yoga and listening to relaxing music that makes you feel calm and tranquil.
By making small changes to your daily routine, you can increase energy levels and feel more positive. Drink plenty of water, exercise, learn how to deal with stress and eat a healthy balanced diet and you are bound to experience far more positive energy.
